RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Infinity Leathers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you have up to 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and unaltered.
  • With all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

For leather jackets, tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn.
For footwear and leather bags, items must be returned in their original branded boxes, undamaged.
Please ensure the returns note is enclosed to help us process your return quickly.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility, and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Items returned after 28 days are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge for all UK customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@infinityleathers.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order or customized items
  • Items that have been altered
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
