Returns and Refunds

From the time of receipt of your purchased leather item you can give yourself 28 days to decide whether its right for you or not. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and after receiving your item, if you don’t want to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to us for an exchange or refund. The cost for returning the item is your responsibility. Any made to order item or alteration are not refundable.

Anything that's purchased and returned outside of 28 days will not be refunded.

We just need you to return the item in the same condition in which it was sent out to you. Please return the items in a re-saleable condition in their original unused and unworn condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund if your handling goes beyond what would be expected if you were trying something on in our store.

For leather jackets they must have the original tags, be unworn. For footwear, leather bags all branded original boxes in which the item came in must also be returned undamaged. We would also ask if you could place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order in a quick and efficient way.

Refunds and exchanges in the UK - if any, shall be processed within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Again, please make sure you enclose the returns note together with item being returned to us. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge for all UK customers. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

All items purchased online must be returned by post with a return note with your full details for either a refund or exchange to the address below only. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
