Returns and Refunds

From the time of receipt of your purchased leather item, you have 28 days to decide whether it is right for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or do not wish to keep the item for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or refund, subject to the terms below.

How to Return Your Item

To return your parcel, please use our online returns portal to create your return:

Please follow the instructions provided in the returns portal to register your return and prepare your parcel for shipment.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Alternatively, all items purchased online must be returned by post with a returns note containing your full details and proof of purchase to the address below:

We recommend using a trackable delivery service for all returns.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition and be suitable for resale.

  • Leather jackets must be unworn and have their original tags attached.

  • Footwear and leather bags must be returned with their original branded boxes, which must be undamaged.

  • Please include a returns note with your order details to help us process your refund or exchange efficiently.

  • We reserve the right to reduce a refund if handling has gone beyond what would reasonably be expected when trying an item on in a store.

  • Made-to-order, customised, personalised or altered items are not eligible for return or refund, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Items returned outside the 28-day returns period will not be refunded under our standard returns policy, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Refunds and Exchanges

For UK customers, eligible refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Please ensure that you include your returns note with the returned item.

Exchanges sent out to UK customers are subject to the original delivery charge. The cost of returning the item remains the customer's responsibility.

EU Consumer Rights & Withdrawal Policy

This section applies only to customers residing in the European Union.

Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once the returned goods have been received, or you have provided proof that they have been returned, we will process your refund to the original payment method, in accordance with applicable law.

In addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right, Infinity Leathers offers a 28-day returns period as described in our standard Returns Policy above.

The right to cancel does not apply to made-to-order, customised, personalised or altered products where an applicable legal exception applies.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
