Suitcase Warranty Policy
All our suitcases are manufactured using high-grade materials and components and are subject to rigorous quality control procedures. We hope you are happy with your purchase for many years to come. However, in the event of a fault, all products are covered by our warranty.

- Infinity Leather Suitcases– 1 Year Warranty (365 Days)

- Snowball Suitcases – 2 Year Warranty

The applicable warranty period for your product will be indicated on the attached swing tag or product packaging. There is no need to register your warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase, as this will be required to make a warranty claim.

Repairs and Replacements
Our warranty provides for repair or replacement of the product, at our discretion. In line with our commitment to reducing waste, wherever possible we will seek to repair a fault before considering replacement. Please retain the damaged product for assessment if a claim is made.
Warranty cover applies to the product only. Postage, shipping, delivery, and any associated transport costs are not covered by the warranty.
In many cases, we can provide spare parts, enabling customers to carry out simple repairs themselves without the need to return the item.

Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
Important Information
Please note that this warranty policy is separate from and in addition to our standard returns policy.
Our returns policy applies to customers who wish to return an item within the applicable return period, subject to the terms and conditions of that policy. The warranty, however, applies to manufacturing defects that develop during the stated warranty period after purchase.
A product that is outside the returns period may still be eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty if the fault is determined to be the result of defective materials or workmanship and falls within the applicable warranty period.
The warranty does not cover change-of-mind returns, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by airlines, carriers, or other external factors.
