EU Return Policy

This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and your statutory right of withdrawal if you are a consumer purchasing goods through our website.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this policy.


2. Our 28-Day Returns Policy

In addition to any statutory rights that may apply, we offer a 28-day return period.

You may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 28 days of delivery;

  • Be in their original condition;

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation where applicable;

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount where the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, defective, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods; or

  • Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Unless required by applicable law, original delivery charges are not refundable except where the entire order is cancelled under your statutory withdrawal rights.


5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.


6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including for:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

  • Other categories excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
